• Knowledge of Vlook up and Pivot table

Apa yang anda lakukan saat bekerja

• Identify and reach out appropriate NGOs for community outreach and donation efforts
• Work with NGOs to plan donation period and quantity and other community outreach programs
• Work with various department (marketing, finance, warehouse and supply chain team) to ensure smooth donation process to charity organizations – including collection timing and quantity
• Ensure all documentations and reports are aligned with internal audit guidelines
• Track and maintain warehouse donation inventory
• Present updates on inventory/stock level and upcoming donation plans in monthly WIP meetings
