CX EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PARTNER UP TO $4000 (MNC COMPANY)
Location: Ubi
Salary: $3000-$4000
Working hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours
Duration: Perm role
Description:
- Project manage the successful delivery of a range of employee engagement activities, by taking ownership, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and ironing out potential setbacks
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, execute and support a variety of internal engagement events from ideation to execution
- Develop exciting employee communications, through multiple channels (emails, Workplace, newsletter)
- Source for and negotiate with vendors/sponsors for merchandise that can help boost employee morale
- Manages the reports, administrative work and the like for the Employee Engagement team
Requirement:
- Min Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Min 3 years of Employee Engagement, Event Management, Communications, Digital Marketing of Project Coordination experience
