Our client is an established Ticketing Vendor seeking experienced Customer Service Officer for the ramp up of the entertainment industry!
Persyaratan apa yang anda perlukan agar memenuhi syarat
- 2 years or more relevant experience in Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to perform shift work and working on PH/weekends
Apa yang anda lakukan saat bekerja
- Provide customer service support for all ticketing issues regarding upcoming event in Singapore
- Assist with Team Lead in resolving any challenges regarding ticketing, purchase or technical issues faced by customers
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
