Salary: up to $3500 (can stretch to $3800 if very good)
Duration: 6 months extendable contract
Apa yang anda lakukan saat bekerja
- Daily review and assessment of purchase order reports to help ensure customer deliverables are met and our financial forecasts are accurate (including placed orders and backlog orders)
- Initiate drop-ship process when notified that product has shipped to customer
- Interacts directly with the customer regarding damaged, missing or over-shipments of product.
- Responsible for creating RMA's (Return Material Authorizations) in Oracle for customers and vendors.
- Proactively communicate with customers and vendors to obtain return information within defined SLA's.
- Working knowledge of credit/return process
- Develop a working knowledge of order entry to delivery process
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal operations.
