Provide administrative support on multiple Operations function which includes:-

• Creation and maintenance of customers and policies data
• Processing of incoming and outgoing document, including fulfilment and inventory
• Assist in CS queries and quality check of processes.
• Ensure all processes are done within SLA
• Support ad-hoc tasks when required
