• Expertise in HR strategies for supply chain/logistics, HR transformation, technology adoption, and workforce optimisation
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and regulatory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and commitment to integrity and excellence

• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning

• Partner with senior leadership to optimise workforce efficiency and drive organisational excellence
