Persyaratan apa yang anda perlukan agar memenuhi syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary (Apoteker), or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in Cardiovascular and/or Metabolic therapeutic areas, with preference for candidates strong in Metabolic.
- Proven track record in new product launches.
- Fluent in English (oral & written) for daily coordination with international teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Apa yang anda lakukan saat bekerja
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for CVM products, with a strong focus on the metabolic segment.
- Manage product lifecycle including new product launches, branding, and positioning.
- Oversee product stock management, working closely with the supply chain and factory teams to ensure availability and forecast accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and specialist doctors to drive product adoption and awareness.
- Collaborate with the Head Office marketing team in India for campaign development, performance tracking, and market insights.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge, promotional tools, and training
materials.
