Persyaratan apa yang anda perlukan agar memenuhi syarat
- Bachelor's degree from Food Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience as a R&D Manager from Seafood manufacturing company.
- Must be experienced in R&D of Surimi or Seafood Product.
- Knowledgeable in food ingredients and its function.
- Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC).
- Proficient at Food Product Formulation.
- Good Leadership and management skills, able to communicate well with colleagues, presentation skills, and a strong sense of creativity.
- Placement in Kendal, Central Java.
- Competitive salary package open to expat.
- Housing provided for candidates relocating from outside Central Java.
Apa yang anda lakukan saat bekerja
- Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula.
- Planning, execute and implementing the development of new product/process, product/process improvements, and cost savings ideas.
- Maintain and evaluate product quality standards.
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits).
