What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage own time, prioritise and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Meticulous with attention to details and good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a team and with people at different levels.
  • Familiar with MS Office, IT Savy.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Handle day-to-day recruitment operations and administration in an accurate & timely manner. Tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:
    • Manage the interview schedule/invitation for candidates.
    • Update recruitment information in the Application Tracking System (ATS).
    • Creation of new hire profiles in Success Factor HR Management System (HRMS).
    • Application of work passes for foreign hires.
    • Handle security clearance for candidates/ new hires.
    • Handle travel arrangements for foreign new hires.
  • Assist in the cabin crew recruitment events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
