What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing and/or related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in brand management, with a focus on digital advertising / marketing, media relations, corporate communication, consumer and communication research.
- Possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative with a good project management core.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
What you'll be doing on the job
- Assist Manager in executing brand, product and event based campaigns via multiple platforms (TV, Billboard, Print and Digital) successfully and within timeline.
- Work closely with Media and Creative agencies to ensure timely execution / implementation of campaigns. I.e. coordinating meeting, follow-up on deliverables and ensure quality and efficiency of campaign management.
- Coordinate and compile information (ADEX report, campaign materials for fieldwork) for Brand Health Tracking.
- Develop below-the-line/corporate premium items to support product, brand and event based campaigns. Ensure deliver good quality, meeting deadlines and proper inventory tracking.
- Consolidate all maintenance reports from the out-of-home (OOH) media owner/agency and share with the Manager/HOD monthly.
- Serve as the Corporate Identity custodian for internal and external parties. Ensure branding materials in compliance to the brand guidelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders requests for social media posting, website uploads, and digital campaigns to comply with corporate brand guidelines.
- Optimise news alerts by refining keyword searches and tracking relevant topics related to the industry.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
