What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBACI (PCB Assembly Completed and Inspected) from electronic,
medical device, or automotive manufacturing companies (multinational experience preferred).
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisor-level role (must have leadership experience), preferred age: around 35
years old.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
What you'll be doing on the job
- Supervise PCB assembly and inspection processes to meet quality and output targets.
- Monitor line performance, ensure process compliance and equipment readiness.
- Coordinate with QA and maintenance for issue handling.
