What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SMD Line from electronic, medical device, or automotive manufacturing companies (multinational experience preferred).
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisor-level role (must have leadership experience), preferred age: around 35 years old.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
What you'll be doing on the job
- Supervise and ensure production activities meet quality and quantity targets.
- Monitor the Surface Mount Device (SMD) production process for 12 lines with 3 shifts.
