What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related.
• 6+ years of working experience. Served as a programming contributor or project technical lead.
• Working experience on Microsoft SQL, understand logic of SQL queries.
• API design skill, interconnected tools, Applications and micro-servers across multiple platforms.
• Solid Handling skills of system service delivery, incident and problem management.
• Good working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Network configuration.
• Working experience in F&B, retail or payment industry is preferred.
• Experience on CI/CD tool like Bitbucket.
• 2+ years coding experiences.
• Willingness to travel regular base among SEA markets and occasionally visit HK and China.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Capability of speaking Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Responsible for SEA Markets Store Systems enhancement and maintenance.
• Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions, including the budget proposal for Management Approval.
• Serve as Project manager, leading design of application and integration, tests, and delivery of solutions.
• Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing proof-of-concept process to validate proposed solutions.
• Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions.
• Regularly communicating new features and benefits to functional users, customers, and stakeholders. Align and collaborate new initiatives among markets.
• Take responsibility for managing and coordinating operations across various regional markets while ensuring alignment with brand-specific goals and strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring effective communication, negotiating contracts, and managing performance to meet company standards and objectives.
