Our client is a US MNC in the Beauty & Cosmetics industry, seeking experienced Marketing Executives specifically handling KOLs.
所需技能
- Good communication skills and excellent in both written and oral English
- Experience in brand management, e.g.: marketing, sales, training, merchandizing, and public
relations
- Beauty marketing experience within makeup/skincare metier with basic understanding of
Social Digital, eCommerce era
- Meticulous, highly organized, independent, and able to perform a variety of tasks in a fastpaced
environment
工作職責
- Defines Affiliate Consumer Engagement strategy
- Develops 360/ omnichannel CE plan across all media channels (paid, owned, earned),
- Key programs, media plans and content strategy and execution (inc. social/ digital
content/ campaigns, community management and listening)
- Creative briefings
- CRM programming (in partnership with Corporate Marketing)
- Local KOL and Owned Platform Management (FB, IG, YT, brand.com etc)
- Defines the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels
