工作職責
- Manage relationships with suppliers of PPOB products and financial services (e.g., electricity tokens, phone credits, water bills, BPJS, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, commission structures, and partnership agreements with vendors or supplier partners.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Draft, review, and evaluate partnership contracts.
- Analyze product performance from each supplier and its contribution to company revenue.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams regarding procurement and payment processes.
