Minimum 7-10 years of field sales experience in industrial sales, especially in rotating equipment.
Demonstrated experience and exposure to industrial Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Cond (R-HVAC) industry will be highly advantageous.

Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts to achieve company sales target.
Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned area including implementing effective sales strategies to meet the set target.
Monitor and track the sales process effectively in order to close the sales.
Establish close working relationships with consultants and main contractors for HVAC projects.
Manage, service and grow existing accounts, particularly HVAC customers.
