Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in the toy industry.Minimum TOEIC score of 690 above, or equivalent certificate.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with quality management software is a plus.Candidates must demonstrate strong responsibility and ownership because of remote work.Quality assurance in the plastics toy industry is a plus
Conduct on-site quality evaluations of current production.Plastics injection molding managementPerform product testing for new models to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.Communicate with suppliers, track their improvements, and reduce complaints from the end-user eventually.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complaints from end-users.Experience in plastic molding development or management.
