• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and regulatory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and commitment to integrity and excellence

工作职责

• Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance workforce agility and performance
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning
• Drive change management and digital transformation in HR processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Partner with senior leadership to optimise workforce efficiency and drive organisational excellence
• Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organisation
