工作职责
Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR operations across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality HR shared services to employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam).
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers, coordinating virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.
- Manage interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing setup, and candidate travel arrangements.
- Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities as needed.
- Screen résumés and candidates to assess minimum qualifications.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
- Advertise and manage job postings on job boards, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant listings
- Manage pre-onboarding & onboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including background checks, medical health screenings, and employment contracts.
- Oversee offboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including exit surveys and documentation.
- Maintain and update HRIS data for Singapore, Malaysia, Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam)
- Provide first-level HR support via ServiceNow for Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam)
- Compile and maintain APAC HR KPI Dashboard on a monthly basis
- Perform other assigned HR tasks as needed
