Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in handling similar capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint

工作职责
Administrative support for team members of the function leads which includes managing schedules, travel, and activities, meeting and event planning, presentations, and other projects.
Assisting the team with booking of air tickets and overseas lodging, prepare PowerPoint presentation for overseas speeches, and other presentations.
Support in administrative support for billing and vendor payment processing
Coordinate logistics and materials for internal and external meetings, e.g. scheduling conference rooms, meeting materials, travel arrangements, set-up equipment, food, etc.
Responsible for expense reporting input and tracking of receipts for monthly payment.
