Tertiary qualification in business, administration, finance, management or insurance.
Preferably 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented industry/ financial institution or 1 year in life/group insurance
Communication skills - written & oral, Problem solving, IT literacy, Interpersonal skills
工作职责
Handling, processing and managing Policy Alteration request, including Extension Maturity, Reduce/Increase Sum Assured, Changed Risk Commencement Date and issue policy.
Handling, processing and managing Data Processing and Data Cleansing request, including update Address/Contact number/Email ID, Client Name alteration, NRIC alteration, etc.
Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authoriser and send to Agents/MPH/members.
Ensure Health Warranty form received submitted to Underwriter for lapsed cases and update member on the policy status.
Ensure cases are process within TAT.
Perform Quality Control checking on data entries.
Assist Team Lead in handling Agent, MPH and members enquires.
