A Singapore-based company specializing in high-pressure water jetting equipment and accessories, serving the Oil & Gas as well as Marine & Offshore sectors. Operating through direct B2B channels, the company is expanding into the Indonesia market and is seeking its first local commercial hire.

所需技能

• Degree or background in Engineering with strong technical competency.

• 2–4 years of experience selling high-pressure water equipment, pumps, valve machinery, or machinery spare parts.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently without day-to-day supervision.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas (Jabodetabek or West Java).

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or strong technical skills is an added advantage.

工作职责

• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, prospecting, and cold calling across Indonesia.

• Present technical product solutions and deliver compelling sales proposals to prospective customers.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while growing market presence in the Oil & Gas and Marine & Offshore sectors.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support repeat business.

• Provide after-sales consultation and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay up to date on technology developments, product features, and industry trends.

• Work independently while collaborating remotely with the Director and global team.
