• 8+ years of relevant experiences; passionate and exposure with NGOs and social service settings.
• Proactive and able work independently.
• Excellent CRM and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.

• Manage public-facing programs to enhance visibility and community participation.
• Cultivate relationships and manage collaborative activities to broaden public reach.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with society needs.
