所需技能
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Internship or project experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce is a plus.
 
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interest in social media, livestreaming, influencers, and affiliate marketing.
- Familiar with platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee and e-commerce features (affiliate links, livestream).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (views, engagement, conversion) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn fast.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
工作职责

Job Description:
- Assist in managing and coordinating affiliate partners/creators (onboarding, communication, follow-ups).
- Support daily operations of affiliate programs across e-commerce platforms (Tiktok, Shopee, etc)
- Track affiliate performance.
- Monitor affiliate content to ensure brand guideline compliance.
- Support campaign execution, including promotions and special events.
- Assist in planning and executing livestream sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Social Commerce) to ensure smooth livestream execution.
