所需技能

• Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Materials Science / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plastics manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory role. 

工作职责

• Lead development of new food packaging products.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and product validation. 
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and translate into technical solutions. 
• Manage tooling development and mold trials. 
• Evaluate and optimize raw materials.
• Conduct material testing.
• Improve material usage efficiency and reduce scrap. 
• Work closely with suppliers on new resin development and sustainability initiatives. 
• Support production during new product trials and mass production ramp-up. 
• Troubleshoot issues related to:  Sheet extrusion parameters, Thermoforming defects.
• Warpage, cracking, brittleness, shrinkage 
• Optimize forming conditions and cycle time. 
• Ensure compliance with Food-grade requirements, GMP / HACCP, Migration testing standards, Local and export regulatory requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and product specifications. 
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through Material optimization, Lightweighting design, Scrap reduction, Improve product performance and durability. 
• Supervise R&D engineers and technicians. 
• Manage R&D timelines and project milestones. 
• Provide technical training to production and QA teams.
