- Foster collaboration between sales and other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to enhance overall business performance.
- Lead or support negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Address challenges and resolve issues that may arise within the sales process or team dynamics.
- To ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
