- Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, transfer to relevant departments, and take accurate messages.
- Manage front desk operations including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail or courier deliveries.
- Assist in preparing documents, filing, and maintaining proper record-keeping.
- Support administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness of the reception and office common areas.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or client visits when required.
- Provide general administrative support to HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Handle basic inquiries related to company services and direct clients to the appropriate person.
