Who you'll be working for
My client is now expanding their business and this is a newly set up position to head up the renewable energy solution business
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for related majors in new energy, finance, real estate, etc.
- 5+ years' relevant work experience in investment or business development, ideally with over market development experience in charging stations, photovoltaic, building energy conservation, energy management, etc.
- Proficient in Cantonese is preferred, with Mandarin and English reading and writing.
- Strong team awareness and good business communication skills, with a certain level of resilience.
What you'll be doing on the job
- External business development: Responsible for market expansion of innovative businesses in Hong Kong (including electric vehicle charging stations, building energy efficiency, solar photovoltaic, etc.).
- Liaising with property owners, following up on potential projects, preparing cooperation proposals, participating in business negotiations, handling agreements and contracts, and drafting project implementation plans, successfully expanding projects.
- Internal investment reporting: Conduct market research, data collection, and feasibility analysis for innovative businesses in Hong Kong.
- Manage risk for expanded projects, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment feasibility analysis reports.
- Post-investment operations: Participate in the operational work of completed innovative business projects
