Who you'll be working for
My client is now expanding their business portfolio and they need to develop and implement strategies for rebranding and boost the asset performance
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 8+ years’ relevant solid experience in promotions / marketing in property developers
- Good in digital marketing and media relations with strong market sense
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced & pressurized environment
- Proven English and Chinese proficiency
What you'll be doing on the job
- Support the team to develop effective marketing tactics and strategies, from idea generation to execution
- Plan and oversee all marketing functions aligned to the brand positioning
- Identify potential brand-compatible partnerships for joint promotions
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, tenants and agencies in promoting the assets
