Minimum 1–2 years experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
Able to work in shifts and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of call center metrics and reporting tools.
Lead and manage a team of 8–15 call center agents to meet daily service targets.
Monitor KPIs like Average Handling Time, CSAT, and First Call Resolution daily.
Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews with each agent.
Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Generate weekly performance reports and suggest process improvements to management.
