● Experience: 3+ years in social media and community management, preferably in B2B, fintech, tech, or Web3/blockchain.
● Channels: Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and X (Twitter); familiarity with Discord, Telegram, or similar community platforms.
● Content: Ability to write clear, engaging copy; experience with short-form video, graphics, or working with designers is a plus.
● Analytics: Experience using native and third-party analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
● Organisation: Reliable execution of calendars, deadlines, and cross-team coordination.

工作职责

● Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a social media and community strategy aligned with my client's positioning, product launches, events, and thought leadership goals.
● Content & Calendar: Create, curate, and schedule posts (organic and paid where applicable) for LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms; maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent voice and quality.
● Community Building: Grow and moderate community channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, forums); respond to comments and DMs; surface feedback and trends to product and marketing.
● Engagement: Run campaigns, AMAs, polls, and initiatives to increase followers, engagement, and share of voice in institutional blockchain and APAC fintech conversations.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, community health); report regularly and recommend optimisations.
● Cross-Functional: Work with PR, events, BD, and content teams to align messaging and amplify key announcements and partnerships.
