● Experience: 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.
● Technical Skills: Strong SQL; experience with at least one BI platform (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar); familiarity with data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
● Analytical Thinking: Ability to frame business questions, choose appropriate metrics, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
● Data Modelling: Understanding of star/snowflake schemas, dimensions, and measures; experience with dbt or similar is a plus.
● Collaboration: Comfort working with product, engineering, BD, and leadership; ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

工作职责

● Data & Modelling: Design and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data dictionaries; ensure data quality and consistency across sources (CRM, product, marketing, finance).
● Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) for leadership, BD, product, and marketing.
● Analysis: Perform ad hoc and recurring analyses (e.g. pipeline conversion, cohort behaviour, partner performance, market sizing) and present findings clearly.
● Requirements: Gather and prioritise reporting requirements from stakeholders; balance speed of delivery with scalability and governance.
● Documentation: Document data sources, definitions, and report logic; support self-serve usage where appropriate.
● Best Practices: Promote data literacy and sensible use of metrics; align with company KPIs and strategic goals.
