What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead the team that will monitor orders from AM to PM, 7 days a week. Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and without any issues. The buck stops with you.
- Troubleshoot issues with:
- Users - whether they’re complaining about late deliveries or missing orders; you’ll be there to get a resolution that’s a win-win for both parties.
- Restaurant partners - app notifications not working? Can’t get the app to work? Need to upload a new menu? You’re always there for them.
- Riders - they’re showing up late? Not enough to meet demand? You know what to do.
- Act as the Chief Scaling Officer. As we grow, you’ll propose and implement the things we need to scale.
