What you'll be doing on the job

Collect branches mails from Office Service Department. 

- Check the accuracy of all documents received from Head Office/ Branches. 

- Prepare documents received from branches and Head office. 

- Scan/ Index all documents. 

- Update the carton number accurately on daily/weekly basis. 

- To retrieve documents request by branches and Head Office.
