What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Min A level
  • 1 year of prior administrative experience
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Ensure the day-to-day running of operations administration and human resource
    coordination
  • Obtain invitation to quote, compile and make preliminary recommendations
  • Raise purchase order for approval
  • Assists OM to prepare reports and presentation materials for meetings
  • Documentation fillings
  • Assist OM send written reminders to tenants on tenancy defects/ encroachments
  • And other ad hoc duties as assigned
