What you'll be doing on the job
  1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to Watsons Membership and Loyalty Program, ongoing promotions and order related inquiries
  2. Assist with customer inquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  3. Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database
  4. Meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level set upon
  5. Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution
  6. Know when to escalate the case to Team Leader when necessary
  7. Maintain amicable working relationship within the team and different departments of the company
