What you'll be doing on the job
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to Watsons Membership and Loyalty Program, ongoing promotions and order related inquiries
- Assist with customer inquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally
- Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database
- Meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level set upon
- Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution
- Know when to escalate the case to Team Leader when necessary
- Maintain amicable working relationship within the team and different departments of the company
