Who you'll be working for
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3 years of purchasing or supply chain management experience
  • Experience in SAP system and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and high level communication skills in English
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work with a variety of offshore locations
  • Knowledge of supply chain and materials flow concepts
  • Able to work independently towards achieving company/group objectives
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide procurement support activities, which include services, materials and equipment sourcing during project proposals as well as project execution stage, to achieve competitive pricing
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchases and services
  • Select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/contractors on the commodity contractual agreements and the Terms and Conditions
  • Contractual agreements management to minimize internal risks by putting in-place agreements with higher spend suppliers
  • Deliver yearly savings against goals
  • Payment terms management and review
  • Commodities include Equipment and Operations Support Services purchases, IT hardware, software and licenses and industrial printers
  • Operations Support Services include review and put-up contracts for service providers in areas of IT, production consumables, services support like transport, catering, facilities and janitorial, maintenance of IT equipment, repair-works from sub-contractors
