What requirements you'll need to be eligible

👍 Minimum Diploma holder
👍 Past admin experience an advantage
👍 Can commit a minimum of 6 months
👍 Can work OT, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays
👍 Meticulous and patient working attitude

What you'll be doing on the job

✅ Handle insurance claims promptly and accurately
✅ Support claim officers on approved claims
✅ Liase with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements
✅ Perform quality checks on claim documents before sending
✅ Other ad-hoc duties assigned
