What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Possess tertiary qualification in any discipline 
  • 1 year experience in providing administrative support 
  • Experience in handling Learning Management System would be an added advantage 
  • Experience in agency management is preferred but not required 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Manage course creation approval processes, offering scheduling and training uptake. 
  • Coordinate and supervise scheduling and maintenance of training activities through Learning Management System (LMS) for Menara Great Eastern and branches 
  • Supervise the coordination of training providers and the administration of training programmes 
  • Manage training materials for all related training 
  • Supervise and provide training related advice for staff and agencies 
  • Coordinate the smooth running of Balanced Score Card Under Performer (BSC UP) agency training back office processes 
  • Manage and upkeep all BSC UP training equipment and supplies 
  • Coordination with faculties & other departments for BSC UP training related activities 
  • Support the management of BSC UP MAREX and claims processing
