At least 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Ability to capture process specifications for documentation and implementations
Ability to apply systems thinking and analyze data to propose insights and improvements
Possess effective presentation and engagement skills
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels, including management
A natural ability to influence and inspire others
The experience gained to be resourceful
A passion for people and excellent interpersonal skills
Effective in verbal and written communication in English
Knowledge of improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) is preferred
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation will be an advantage
What you'll be doing on the job
Discover and present to key stakeholders on existing processes and bottlenecks by studying documentation, analyzing available data points, and carrying out time-and-motion studies with operational staff.
Analyze operational process issues, make recommendations, and implement appropriate short-term and long-term solutions. Reinforce proper internal control and quality assurance measures where necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand new or existing business requirements, gather and analyze information and to provide business solutions (including process reengineering and automation, systems enhancements, etc.)
Facilitate meetings and workshops to steer discussions towards bringing strategy to action and gaining agreement on requirements and next actions.
Make recommendations aligned to target operating model with an understanding of business and support structures, as well as technical problems and corresponding solutions that require change.
Document as-is and to-be processes, SOPs, and internal support documentation as required.
Develop the overall implementation plan and facilitate tasks efforts across different departments and teams, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Establish data points for reporting and get stakeholder agreement and accountability on to-be success metrics
Develop and maintain technical and business knowledge in areas of process workflows, system interfaces and functionalities, and business models.
