What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Min 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Local Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS
  • HR system knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel
  • Resourceful, responsible and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines for reporting work
  • Candidates available on short notice will have an advantage
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources operations and administration for full employee life cycle with focus in Singapore
  • Related functions include recruitment coordination and selection, employee on-boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, insurance administration, application, renewal and cancellation of work pass, etc
  • HR Admin duties
    • Maintain and update personnel information/files/database;
    • Liaise with various departments (Finance and IT etc) for onboarding processes and exit clearance
    • Manage HR vendors; including timely processing of payments to vendors
    • Administer insurance enrollment and claims
  • Other ad-hoc HR tasks, as and when assigned
