Who you'll be working for
A leading rental accommodation provider in Asia
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 5+ years working experience with extensive time in people-facing setting, prior experience in team management
  • Creative, flexible, personable, with a can-do attitude and fast thinking

  • Experience in events / Hotel / Property management is a bonus

  • Relevant co-working, start-up environments will be a plus

  • Fluency in English (Cantonese and mandarin is plus but not a must)

What you'll be doing on the job
  • lead the Team to provide exceptional service and foster strong communities within our guests
  • Oversee daily on-site operations, assist and supervise the staffs through challenging issue and be able to be a concise decision maker

  • Drive community initiatives and events designed to develop guests relationships and help build both brand and overall satisfaction

  • Proactive with ideas on how to improve overall operations workflow, enhancing guests' experience and services
