What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Should have 8+ years of hands-on SEM Paid-per-click advertising on Wechat/360/Baidu/Tencent/TikTok & more
  • Experience in using search, programmatic, social media, email, messaging platform to drive at traffic to our relevant platforms
  • Exposure in building customer lifecycle marketing in ecommerce environment (awareness, consideration, convert, word of mouth, loyalty)
  • Exposure in mobile app and web analytics tool , tag management system, ad server, trafficking, attribution model & ad fraud
  • Solid understanding of users data handling from marketing or advertising standpoint, in the context of GDPR. Curious, passionate, roll up the sleeve attitude
What you'll be doing on the job

Responsible in building, conceptualizing & executing campaign plan to engage users at various cycle using different touchpoints

  • Highly focused on optimizing digital Paid-per-click advertising
  • Work closely with country GTM lead and regional / global lead to translate strategy and market intel into short and long term product roll out strategy (i.e. always-on vs ad-hoc)
  • Oversee inmarket regional campaign and provide constant update on campaign activities in collaboration with data team. Coordinate activities between agency, inhouse branding team, customer success and in-market team to ensure campaign roll out smoothly
  • Initiate and materialize various market experimentation within GTM workstream in collaboration with data analyst, Incubation market team
  • Responsible in defining post activity analysis agenda, compile report from various parties and translate data into actionable insight
