Who you'll be working for
Note: You support the administrative tasks in relation to warehouse and logistics activities, in particular the management of WH consumables, stationary, staff working hours, etc. Pay: Up to $2800 (depends on individual experience) + $200 Fixed OT Allowance + Variable Bonus Office Location: Tai Seng Warehouse Working Hours (Shift): AM: 7.30am to 3.30pm (Mondays to Saturdays, 6 days a week) PM: 12.30pm to 8.30pm (Mondays to Fridays, 5 days a week)
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Immediate Starter, Singaporeans only
  • Must be able to work shifts following Warehouse timing
  • NITEC in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
  • 2 years of working experience in Logistics/Warehousing industry
  • Willing to work shift hours
  • Knowledge in SAP ERP will be good!
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PPT and MS Word) – MS Access will be good!
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Issuing Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders and Good Receipt into Esker for WH consumables, transport invoices, stationary, etc.
  • Requesting and compares quotation from different suppliers.
  • Verifying suppliers’ monthly billings e.g. Manpower and Transportation.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure WH Consumables and Packing Materials are delivered timely.
  • Ordering, monitoring and tracking usage of Warehouse consumables on monthly basis.
  • Update and track Maintenance schedule for MHE (material handling equipment) and warehouse equipment & tools
  • Daily and monthly attendance and overtime report for warehouse staff.
  • Monitoring and monthly update of the WH temperature & humidity condition
  • Monthly report preparation for Mandatory Packaging reporting under NEA
  • Maintain signages in the WH for Safety, 5-S and Cleanliness
  • Maintain training records for warehouse staff
  • Other task that will be assigned by the superior from time to time
