Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Good in Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese and English
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service field
- Experience on handling complaints and call center
- Education: Post-Secondary
What you'll be doing on the job
- Address customer's enquiries, concerns and complaints over the phone or in person according to service standards provided by Company
- Act as a coordinator between customers, brands, corporate boutiques, franchises, retailers and all CS teams.
- Handling incoming call and email from general hotline and general email
- Perform outgoing calls and emails, follow up after-sales services for customers
