What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree in Facilities Management / Electronics / Mechanical
• 8 years of related experience
• Able to handle different stakeholders
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

What you'll be doing on the job

• Supervise and oversee the Managing Agent (MA) in the provision of property management services
• Assess the performance of the MA and submit performance assessment report to Senior Manager /
  Manager (Facilities) for endorsement on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and certify the payment of MA’s fees on a monthly basis.
• Review and process the contractor’s claim and payment submitted by MA.
• Convene routine operation meeting involving the Managing Agent and the other service vendors.
• Assist the Senior Manager / Manager (Facilities) in calling the tender / quotations
• Check and verify the Annual Master Maintenance Schedule prepared by the Managing Agent before
  submitting to Senior Manager / Manager (Facilities) for approval.
