What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • N/O/A levels/Nitec/Diploma & above
  • Prior customer service or retail experience
  • A team player and possess a pleasant disposition
  • High self-initiative and attentive to details
  • Required to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Managing of the Customer Service Counter
  • Provide customer service and attend to shopper’s enquiries. Handling of customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Interacting and promoting mall programmes to retailers
  • Other duties:
    • Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events
    • Upsell the Loyalty program
    • Educate mall retailers on eVoucher acceptance
    • Managing partners’ loyal programme redemptions
    • Handling of administrative duties
    • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
