Who you'll be working for
A leading global manufacturer of precision instruments and services for use in laboratories and manufacturing.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Preferably Degree or Diploma in business or engineering
  • Able to read and communicate in English and Malays
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in telemarketing or schedule and dispatch background
  • Fresh graduates with customer oriented personality are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication, target oriented and friendly character
  • Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Advise customer on equipment performance overview and provide recommendations or solutions based on equipment performance history.
  • Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments and assist customers with schedule arrangement.
  • Update CRM and support execution of Marketing Campaigns and schedule confirmation.
  • Keeping records of all customer conversations on the CRM database which including segregating and updating iBase data/equipment list via Phone, in-situ and Email
