Who you'll be working for
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma/Degree in IT related field
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience,
  • Preferably possess a brief understanding of the general insurance business
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Ensure timely development of system implementation, customisation, and enhancement program in Core System (Odyssey 5)
  • Liaise with Business User on Requirement Gathering
  • Parameter handling and Product Setup in application
  • Perform System Integration Test (SIT) and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Evaluate & resolve User Service Request and production defects
  • Responsible for deployment activity in Insurance Application System
  • Liaise with internal & external auditors on Insurance Application System
  • Administrator and end-user support for Direct Marketing module
  • To be involved in ad-hoc activities and IT projects, as and when required
