- Experience working in IT Support Service related fields; Good understanding of computer systems, network and applications
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience working in a large multi-national company preferred
- IT Certifications will be as added advantage
- Basic to mid-level Info Security knowledge and certifications

What you'll be doing on the job
The IT Shared Service Engineer is accountable for providing client support and info security support to the local Singapore business team. The portfolio covers core enterprise systems, PC, basic network operations, technical customer support, information security, mobile devices, basic to midlevel info security, and AV system.
- Demonstrates knowledge of client and office/warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
- Ability to work independently or via a team collaboration process. Experience providing support via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
- Installs/removes/configures hardware and software in Windows and Mac system.
- Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills to manage and deliver exceptional customer service. Partners with end users to correlate business requirements to technology solutions (strong business acumen).
- Prioritizes effectively and escalates as needed.
- Responds to customer needs and services as assigned.
- Has mid-level understanding of security controls and can effectively explain them to technical and non-technical partners
- Has experience in operationalizing security. Knows how to create processes to ensure that security risks are being addressed.
- Understands privacy, data security, and compliance requirements.
Tactical/operational management role
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific location goals
- Communicate and collaborates with APAC and Global teams
- Interacts with suppliers at various management levels
- May require interaction with senior management on Corporate goals and objective
- Participative interactions towards resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
- Innovate and Educate systems and processes
- Able to partner well with other EIT and Info Security teams
Accountabilities
- Acts as IT infrastructure support and info security support for Singapore operations and is part of the global IT Shared Services International team.
- Provides ongoing local IT and Info Security support to Singapore operations and partners with broader IT organization to deliver services to Singapore.
- At the appropriate time, is prepared to expand scope of role to deliver other global IT services to the company
